With "TRANSIT", Albrecht Gehse has successfully set out on a new painterly path in 2021. In this cycle, the painter attempts to capture society more strongly than ever before in a variety of fantastic subjects and unusual metaphors. He achieves extremely free compositions; the pictures often appear astonishingly effortless without losing any of their intellectual acuity.
